Villa Gaia

This beautiful new villa is nested on the outskirts of Pula city. The Villa is located in the village of Marčana. Marčana is just 10 minutes away from the town center as well as the white pebbly beaches. Villa Gaia is located in a quiet   street in the small rustically village of Marčana in Istria which is 10 km from the airport of Pula and 15 km from the history roman center of Istria: Pula. The nearest beaches are in Duga Uvala or Krnica Porat at 10 km and 30 km from the beautiful little town of Rovinj.  The property is in a nice quiet location allowing for perfect tranquility and privacy. Outside you will fine a nice walled and gated garden with a nice pool. A barbecue zone as well as dinning area is at your disposal. On the veranda there is some nice lounge furniture for a morning coup of coffee. The interiors have been beautifully decorated and are flooded with light with glass walls looking out to the garden/pool is on a single floor so it is ideal for small children or older persons. This house is an ecological passive house which cares of the protection of the environment. It is very comfortable and can easily welcome 4 or 6 persons. It has two bedrooms, one with a large double bed for two persons and the other with two beds for one person each and in the living room a sofa bed for two persons. The house has two bathrooms one equipped with a shower and the other with a Jacuzzi. The house is fully equipped with free wifi, air conditioning, private swimming pool, a barbecue outside in the garden and free parking place. Pets are accepted for extra charge. Cleaning fee included.
